Laurel Anderson is the Youth and Schools Manager for the Orfalea Foundations.  She works with two initiative teams, the s’Cool Food Initiative and Montana Yellowstone Expeditions, and assists with grants administration for the Foundations.

Her background is in Youth Development.  She started her career in an afterschool program focusing on character and leadership development and teen programming.  She later received her Master’s in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University.

She is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of youth in the community and believes that food and health are a great place to start!
